Description
This solicitation is for facade restoration and associated asbestos abatement services for the Borough of Manhattan Community College. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, Main Entrance, 199 Chambers Street, New York, New York, 10007. The contact for this meeting is Peter Jackson at 917-453-8154. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged. Contract documents can be obtained digitally through an online planroom by registering for an account. Major credit cards are accepted online for digital downloads, which are non-refundable and non-returnable. Printed sets are also available for an additional cost, including shipping and taxes, and will be shipped from Latham, NY within 2 business days. Alternatively, CD copies of the contract documents can be purchased for $15.00 via check or money order payable to Camelot Print and Copy Centers and mailed to their Latham, NY address. Mail orders require specific company and contact information, including shipping account numbers for FedEx or UPS. If a shipping account is not provided, an additional $20 fee applies for shipping.
