Description
The National Park Service requires one new skid-mounted, indoor, prime-rated liquid propane engine-generator set, approximately 18 kW, and one associated manually operated transfer switch for a remote facility at Goat Haunt. The generator must provide 120/240V single-phase, 60 Hz power; include factory-mounted controls, radiator, starting system, main breaker, vibration-isolated structural steel skid, ventilation and exhaust connection provisions, and alarms and instrumentation. The equipment must fit the existing concrete pad and building door opening and comply with applicable NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 110, UL 2200, and ISO 8528 requirements. The quote must include pricing, a completed and signed SF18, applicable representations and certifications, a capabilities statement or product data sheet, and a specification compliance statement. The supplier must identify a manufacturer or authorized service organization with factory-trained technicians within 250 miles of West Glacier, Montana, capable of providing 24/7 emergency support and a response time of four hours or less. The generator and transfer switch are to be delivered as equipment; installation, field wiring, fuel-system work beyond the generator connection point, concrete-pad work, and final testing will be performed by the Government unless otherwise specified. Amendment 0001 extends the offer deadline to September 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time and requires offerors to acknowledge the amendment with the quote package.
