Description
The New Mexico Aging and Long-term Services Department is accepting applications from senior centers for capital outlay funding. Eligible purchases include equipment for congregate meal preparation, health and fitness and wellness equipment, senior center furnishings such as tables and chairs, and recreation and activity equipment such as billiard and game tables. Requested equipment must be capitalizable assets of a long-term character that will be owned and retained by the grantee. The submission requires completion of the Meals & Equipment questionnaire and supporting materials including a certification letter, ICIP documentation, a scope of work and deliverables schedule, a project budget and funding sources worksheet, applicable quotes or cost estimates, and an ongoing maintenance budget.
