Description
The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow is soliciting proposals to modernize its existing Mitel MiVoice Business telephone and unified communications environment. The project includes furnishing, configuring, deploying, and testing approximately 380 current-generation enterprise IP telephones; providing unified communications licensing for approximately 380 users; supporting desktop, softphone, mobile, and remote-worker functionality; and migrating legacy physical call-control infrastructure to a supported virtualized environment. The selected vendor will also assist with migration from PRI-based telephone service to SIP trunking for approximately 880 telephone numbers, preserve existing numbering and functionality, implement enhanced call reporting and records preservation, support E911, Kari's Law, and RAY BAUM'S Act requirements, and provide system resiliency, security, installation, migration, testing, documentation, training, warranties, and post-cutover support. Proposals must include a technical response, implementation approach, qualifications and references, pricing schedule, five-year total cost of ownership, assumptions and exclusions, and any applicable data-processing or hosting policies. The submission is limited to a one-page executive summary plus 25 pages addressing the stated criteria, with three sealed bound hard copies and one digital copy required.
