Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Engineering and Support Center is soliciting a competitive SBA 8(a) set-aside for a firm-fixed-price service contract supporting the Air Force Civil Engineering Center’s Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation effort. The contractor will create, validate, and correct NexGen IT real property asset records; analyze and assemble physical and electronic facility folders; collect and create supporting documentation; perform quality-control reviews; identify deficiencies and corrective actions; and prepare validation reports supporting Chief Financial Officer Audit compliance and real property audit readiness. The work covers 18 Air Force installations across the continental United States, with Eareckson Air Station-related support performed from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska. Work is primarily onsite, with Government-provided office space, network access, and computers. The contractor must provide qualified personnel with Department of the Air Force real property, NexGen, and federal real property accountability experience; maintain a Secret-level Facility Clearance at quotation; maintain Final CMMC Level 2 (Self) status for applicable systems; and submit a technical proposal, price proposal, supporting price narrative, resumes and commitment letters for the program/project manager and every proposed site FTE, a transition plan for 13 carryover locations, and current 8(a) eligibility documentation.
