Description
The City of Leon Valley is soliciting qualifications and proposals from consulting engineering firms to provide a broad range of municipal professional engineering services. The scope includes street, stormwater, drainage, water and sewer capital improvements; utility rate analysis; building, site plan, plat, zoning, and construction plan review; boundary, improvement, and topographical surveying; construction staking; grant support; design-phase services; engineering documents; environmental and geotechnical coordination; utility conflict and right-of-way analysis; and CAD/GIS support. The selected consultant will also provide bid and construction administration, project management, regulatory coordination, quality assurance/quality control, construction observations and site visits, meeting participation, shop drawing and submittal review, change-order and RFI support, punch-list assistance, and record drawings. The firm must assign at least one Professional Engineer licensed in Texas and be capable of coordinating multiple disciplines. Responses must address firm qualifications, experience, capacity, technical expertise, references, approach and methodology, active clients, litigation or legal inquiries, insurance coverage, key personnel, software, and project schedules. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed, and the relationship will be non-exclusive.
