Description
The Air Force Test Center requires commercial land mobile radio equipment to replace unsupported APX “AN” model radios and end-of-life Motorola CDM750 radios, expand the Giant Voice System, improve coverage, and support Fire and EMS communications. The requirement includes 45 APX6000 portable radios, 35 APX8000 all-band portable radios, 3 APX Next all-band portable radios, 30 APX8500 all-band mobile radios, 60 APX4500 enhanced VHF mobile radios, and 8 multi-unit chargers, along with specified batteries, software licenses, programming, authentication, encryption, trunking, antennas, control heads, microphones, and related enhancements. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptability, including a CMMC Level 1 assessment record certification in PIEE and compliance with the statement of objectives dated August 18, 2026. The estimated period of performance is 90 days after receipt of order. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and the Government intends to issue a delivery order to the responsible offeror providing the best value.
