Description
The City of Shreveport is offering six vacant properties as one package rather than as separate sales: 2127, 2123, 2119, and 2101 Marion Street; 2424 Woodward Avenue; and 2401 Kings Highway. The properties are in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and are sold as-is. The minimum bid is $34,600, and the award will be made to the highest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis. Bids must be submitted electronically or physically by the deadline and must include the required bid deposit. The bid bond requirement is 10% of the bid. Questions must be submitted online, and bidders are responsible for checking for addenda. The solicitation package includes the formal invitation for bids, an appraisal, property maps, and related ordinances.
