Description
Jackson County Intermediate School District, on behalf of Michigan Center School District, is soliciting bids to replace a broken wall-mounted network cabinet at Michigan Center High School. The selected vendor must procure and install a cabinet of the same size, migrate existing patch panels and equipment, reterminate cabling as needed, preserve or replace cable labels, dress and route cable bundles, and provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, pathways, raceway, cable supports, telecommunications outlets, terminal blocks, grounding, and related installation work. The project includes wiremap and continuity testing of migrated copper ports, certification testing for any reterminated ports, optical-fiber and data-cabling terminations, system testing, and delivery of test reports and other project documentation. The proposal must include hardware specification sheets, ordering quotes, an itemized hardware and pricing list, a project timeline stated in days, the required compliance and agreement forms, an E-rate SPIN number, and three references with contact information. The project may be awarded in whole or in part, and all pricing must include delivery and remain firm through the E-rate funding cycle.
