Description
Orange County is seeking annual OL Care support and maintenance for its existing Objectif Lune PlanetPress Connect software, which it uses to design, automate, and print tax bills and delinquency notices. The County holds one perpetual OL Connect Professional license and will select one of three support plans: Standard, Gold, or Platinum. Plans include varying levels of telephone and community-portal support, response times, and access to bug fixes, updates, version upgrades, and online learning resources; Gold also includes a dedicated customer success manager and priority issue placement. Bidders must price all three plans for the initial one-year term and two potential one-year renewal terms. The County may renew for up to three additional one-year periods, and may also extend the contract briefly after the initial or renewal term. The award will be a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the plan selected by the County.
