Description
Shared Services Canada is seeking one contractor to provide a three-year Nutanix training program consisting of fundamental and advanced courses delivered virtually. The required courses cover Nutanix Hybrid Cloud Fundamentals, Enterprise Cloud Administration, Unified Storage Administration, Database Management and Automation, Advanced Administration and Performance Management, and Multicloud Automation Administration. The initial period includes eight sessions, with 12 sessions planned in each of two one-year option periods; class sizes are limited to eight participants per session. The contractor must provide accredited Nutanix instructors, including bilingual English/French instruction, English course materials in current accessible electronic and hard-copy formats, and delivery through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cisco Webex. The scope also includes live captioning, technical support within one hour of reported problems, course evaluations and session reports, completion certificates and no-show notifications, attendance reporting, and regular progress discussions. Bidders must demonstrate Nutanix accreditation, authorized instructor credentials, bilingual capability, relevant prior course delivery, and at least 20 virtual Nutanix courses for the rated criteria.
