The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division seeks a quote for 140 Altair Mechanical Engineering software maintenance units, including technical support and software maintenance, for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The requirement specifies the perpetual-license maintenance package, part number AU-ME-STD-MNT, and identifies Siemens Industry Software, Inc. as the manufacturer. The maintenance must be compatible with the software currently installed and used in existing design packages. Quotes are accepted from the OEM or authorized resellers. Resellers must provide OEM documentation confirming their authorization; quotes without it will not be considered. The award is planned as a firm-fixed-price order, evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. Include all costs in the quote as separate line items, excluding taxes; additional costs may not be added after award.
