Description
The City of Malvern is soliciting one lump-sum contract for the complete demolition and eradication of twelve condemned structures at multiple locations within Malvern, Arkansas. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, hauling, debris disposal, permits, fees, and incidentals; demolish the structures and associated foundations and accessory buildings; and leave each site clean and free of debris. Bidders must use the provided Bid Form and submit the required contractor license, public liability and workers' compensation insurance documentation, 5% bid security, and references if required for the project. Work and final itemized invoicing by demolition location must be completed by December 31, 2026.
