Description
The Town of Delight, Arkansas, acting as the lead agency in partnership with CoreTrust Purchasing Group, is soliciting proposals from qualified Pharmacy Benefit Managers to provide comprehensive pharmacy benefit management services for self-funded state and local government entities under a national cooperative contract. The resulting contract is intended to support eligible public-sector entities throughout the United States and its territories, with the goal of establishing a primary national provider. The scope includes services for non-federally funded and federally funded prescription benefit programs, including compliance, customer service, discount and rebate programs, and repricing of a large claims sample. Proposers may submit for Lot A, Lot B, or both lots, although the intended award is to a single vendor for both lots. The technical response must be completed in the Section N Technical Proposal Workbook, and pricing must be submitted in the Section O Cost Proposal Workbook.
