Description
Burlington Electric Department is seeking a 37.5 kVA, single-phase, 60 Hz, mineral-oil-immersed, self-cooled, overhead distribution transformer. The requested unit has a 13,800 grounded-wye/7,970-volt primary, 120/240-volt secondary, and specified impedance of 1.60%-2.25%. The transformer must meet the stated ANSI/IEEE standards and construction requirements, including corrosion-resistant finishing, PCB-free certification, compatible connectors and terminals, pressure relief, grounding, arrester mounting provisions, and required loading capability. The quotation must include an outline drawing with dimensions and a one-line diagram, average and guaranteed maximum loss data, impedance and related electrical information, corrosion-protection details, warranty information, manufacturer service-shop information, delivery timing, freight inclusion, and any exceptions. Certified test reports are required before shipment and must also be emailed at shipment to engineering@burlingtonelectric.com. Responses must be uploaded through Burlington Electric Department's secure website; Word, Excel, or PDF submissions are accepted. Delivery is FOB destination, with approval drawings required after purchase order placement.
