Description
The City seeks a contractor to construct and finish an approximately 187-square-foot office for its Assessor's Department within an existing, occupied municipal facility. Work includes new partitions and drywall, a commercial entry door and service window, flooring, painting, electrical outlets and lighting, data infrastructure, HVAC modifications, and any required fire-protection, life-safety, and accessibility work. The contractor must coordinate with the City, protect adjacent occupied areas, obtain required permits and inspections, clean the space, and deliver it ready for occupancy. The bid also requests separate pricing for partial disassembly of Assessor's workstations, with combined pricing for both lots. Bidders must provide key personnel and experience information, copies of applicable licenses and certifications, and references for at least three similar projects completed within the last five years. A completed AIA A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement is required with the bid. Proof of insurance and endorsements are due when the contract is returned for execution, not with the bid.
