Description
Wythe County is soliciting bids for construction of approximately 23,000 linear feet of 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch water main in the Dunford Road area east of Wytheville, Virginia. The solicitation is for Division 1 and includes an additive alternate. The expected project duration is 270 days. The work is categorized as construction, and the pre-bid conference or site visit is optional. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on November 10, 2026, with a public opening. The project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements; absent an approved waiver, applicable iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials must be produced in the United States.
