Description
Fayette County Public Library System is seeking a vendor to provide wireless hotspot data plan services for its bookmobile operations and libraries. The request includes cellular data service at 500 Mbps for two service requests: three lines associated with seven eligible entities and two additional lines, supporting two bookmobiles and one shared iPad. The service will enable bookmobile staff to check books in and out, demonstrate online library resources, register residents for library cards, and support training and programming. Proposals must include the vendor’s E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and separately identify monthly recurring costs and any distinct maintenance or insurance costs. Price will be the primary evaluation factor, although the library may select the best-qualified vendor. Quantities may be adjusted to meet organizational needs.
