Description
Fayette County Public Library System is seeking a contractor to provide cellular data plans for wireless hotspot devices used by its bookmobile service. The connectivity will support checking books in and out, demonstrating online library resources, registering residents for library cards, and related library training and programming. The solicitation identifies one bookmobile site requiring one hotspot with internet connectivity and the Form 470 materials identify additional cellular data plan requests totaling three lines and two lines at 500 Mbps capacity. Proposals must include the vendor’s E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Pricing must separately identify monthly recurring costs and any distinct maintenance or insurance costs, and must reflect the Lowest Corresponding Price. Price is the primary evaluation factor, although the library reserves the right to select the best-qualified vendor.
