Description
Chemung County and the City of Elmira are seeking sealed bids for a continuous, demand-based office supply contract serving county and city departments. The award is expected to go to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total gross sum bid for all items. The contract is for one year with three additional one-year options. Bids may be submitted electronically through the Empire State Bid System or delivered as hard copies in duplicate to the Chemung County–City of Elmira Purchasing Department. Official bid documents must be obtained through the Empire State Purchasing Group, and vendors must register to receive addenda information.
