Description
This Request for Information seeks capability packages from businesses able to support the Special Access Program Mission Planning & Distribution System Managed Service Provider effort. The anticipated work includes Agile and DevSecOps software development, application sustainment and maintenance, feature development, architecture and integration updates, cloud engineering, operations and sustainment, production support, scaling, security and compliance validation, incident response, identity and access management, audit logging, and support for achieving and maintaining an Authority to Operate. The system uses a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, Podman, and custom software. Respondents must address their experience with operationally fielded applications, cloud managed service provider operations, Agile and DevSecOps practices, cybersecurity, classified development environments, facility clearances, and potential transition of development activities to a government facility. Capability packages must contain only unclassified material, be no more than five pages, and be submitted in an accepted electronic format.
