Description
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) - Kansas Health and Environmental Laboratories (KHEL) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide consumables, parts, repair, and preventative maintenance for Gold Standard Horsham automated ELISA instruments (or equivalent) used for testing harmful algal blooms in water. The contract will cover a range of items including ELISA test kits for microcystins, saxitoxins, anatoxin-a, and cylindrospermopsin, as well as standards, proficiency testing programs, and other consumables. Services include hourly rates for instrument service, installation, and on-site repairs. The contract period is five years from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031, with annual price adjustments not to exceed 5%.
