Government Vehicle Fuel and Fuel Card Services

The U.S. Mission to Poland is requesting quotations from multiple fuel suppliers for a Blanket Purchase Agreement supporting government official vehicles. The selected suppliers must provide approximately 80 fuel purchase cards divided into subaccounts and identified by government vehicle registration number. Cards must support fuel purchases and may also be used for car wash services and toll charges. Suppliers must maintain a network of fuel stations throughout Poland, including major roads and cities such as Warsaw and Krakow. The supplier must be registered in Poland to issue monthly or expiration-based summary invoices that identify value-added tax and comply with Polish tax regulations, and must possess a Unique Entity Identifier and active SAM registration. The agreement period runs through September 29, 2027, and the Embassy expects to sign agreements with multiple suppliers.
