Western Tidewater Community Services Board is soliciting proposals for professional mobile, on-site cleaning of approximately 145 agency-owned or agency-leased vehicles. Required services include bi-monthly interior and exterior cleaning; sanitization of frequently touched surfaces; annual carpet, floor-mat, and upholstery cleaning; additional routine cleaning; and emergency or special cleaning for spills, bodily-fluid contamination, excessive contamination, and other operational needs. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, cleaning products, materials, scheduling, quality control, service records, and related resources. Proposals must address the contractor’s qualifications and fleet-cleaning experience, technical approach, staffing, equipment and supplies, quality assurance, references, pricing, and ability to service multiple locations during non-operational hours. An addendum adds optional interior and/or exterior cleaning of staff-owned vehicles at designated agency properties, with separate per-vehicle pricing; staff members, rather than the agency, would pay for those optional services, and the agency guarantees no minimum volume.
