Description
The City of Keene seeks a contractor to remove existing lighting and furnish and install new fixtures in four designated work areas at the public library. Work includes recessed, pendant, track, suspended linear, and wall-mounted lighting, as well as an acoustical ceiling feature with integrated recessed lighting above the circulation desk. The bid requires pricing for all four work areas. The contractor must protect and repair affected existing ceilings and finishes, replace damaged acoustical ceiling tiles as needed, and coordinate installation with existing building conditions. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required; a certified check may be submitted instead. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds after award.
