Description
The City seeks a contractor to remove and replace timber members on a rail-trail bridge, including selective demolition and replacement of timber railing, decking, sleepers, and sub-floor components. The bid schedule also includes composite decking, hand and rub railing, silt fencing, site restoration, and a contingency allowance. The selected contractor must furnish and install all materials, perform the work, and complete associated reporting in accordance with the federal Recreational Trails Program funding requirements.
