The City of Superior is seeking a qualified professional consultant or multidisciplinary consultant team to provide planning, public engagement, interpretive development, landscape and site design, and related professional services for the Wisconsin Point Cultural Connections Project. The selected consultant will lead an integrated process producing concept-level designs for a boardwalk or trail connection, pause or stopping points, and related physical site features, along with fabrication-ready designs for selected interpretive signage. The project is funded by a $100,000 grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency through the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, and applicable federal guidelines must be followed. This is a qualification-based selection under the Brooks Act; respondents must not submit fees or proposed costs.
