Description
The University of Minnesota Duluth Dining Services department is seeking to replace its legacy point-of-sale system and mobile ordering software with an integrated solution for residential dining, retail dining, and catering operations. The program serves more than 2,500 residential students and the broader campus community. The preferred solution is a single platform, although the University may consider solutions already used by the University. The solution must work with the University's existing equipment, including six self-order kiosks, six back-of-house iPads, two kitchen display system screens, 13 pinpads/swipers, registers, and other terminals. It must support meal-plan, block-plan, credit-card, cash, and dining-dollar transactions and integrate with Atrium, the University's campus card program. Compatibility with Jamix and Nutrislice is preferred. Respondents must submit electronically through the bidding system, answer all mandatory attributes, and upload supplemental information as requested. The solicitation materials also impose PCI DSS, FERPA, data-security, accessibility, and related contractual requirements.
