REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO REDEVELOP FORMER FIREHALL DOWNTOWN CLOQUET, MINNESOTA The Cloquet Economic Development Authority (EDA) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the former Cloquet firehall at 508 Cloquet Avenue. A copy of this proposal document may be obtained from the Cloquet EDA website, www.cloqueteda.com, or the City of Cloquet, City Hall, 101 14th St., Cloquet MN 55720, or by contacting Tim Peterson, Cloquet City Administrator, at 218-879-3347 or tpeterson@cloquetmn.gov. The Cloquet EDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposals. This RFP is subject to EDA approval and review by legal counsel. Proposals due by 4 p.m. October 30, 2026

The Cloquet Economic Development Authority is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of the former Cloquet firehall at 508 Cloquet Avenue. The opportunity is subject to Economic Development Authority approval and legal counsel review, and the authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive informality.
