Description
Resource Renew is soliciting a qualified system integrator to assess, design, implement, test, document, and support an upgrade of its existing GE CIMPLICITY environment from version 11.1 to the final supported CIMPLICITY 2026 production release. The work covers parallel migration and controlled cutover; preservation and validation of screens, points, alarms, scripts, data logging, device communications, interfaces, redundancy, and auditability; and testing of failover, recovery, database logging, and third-party integrations. The scope also includes OT network segmentation and least-privilege security design, Proficy Authentication integration with Microsoft Active Directory, authentication and authorization mapping, SQL database migration, backup and rollback procedures, cybersecurity testing, commissioning, knowledge transfer, editable as-built documentation, and a minimum 30-calendar-day stabilization period after production cutover. The proposal must include a detailed statement of work, schedule, staffing and responsibility information, compatibility and architecture materials, test and acceptance plans, support and escalation procedures, manufacturer or authorized-integrator support confirmation, task-level pricing, and at least three comparable references completed within the last five years. The target go-live is May 14, 2027, with documentation and project completion by June 18, 2027.
