Description
The City of Neosho is soliciting sealed bids for roof replacements at Morse Park, located at 400 Dean Keeling Drive. The work covers the main concession stand/restroom building, pavilion, and south concession stand/restrooms. The scope includes site preparation; removal and disposal of existing shingles; replacement of damaged decking; installation of synthetic felt and moisture-guard ice-and-water shield in low-pitch areas; new pipe flashings, vents, ridge vent, and roof edging; installation of Owens Corning Duration shingles, including ridge shingles; and cleanup and site restoration. Bidders must verify existing roof dimensions and quantities, determine the shingle color at the pre-bid meeting, and include the anticipated project start date. The solicitation identifies a mandatory pre-bid meeting, requires a City of Neosho business license, W-9, proof of workers' compensation coverage, and a completed bid form. Payment and performance bonds are required for projects over $50,000, and Missouri prevailing wage rates apply if the project exceeds $75,000. An affidavit of compliance with Missouri work-authorization requirements and the company's E-Verify memorandum of understanding are also required.
