Description
The City of Rogers Community Development Block Grant Program is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of a single-family owner-occupied dwelling under Project COR-26-07. The work includes window, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. Bids will be opened publicly after the submission deadline. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 60 days after opening. The city encourages participation by Section 3 low-income businesses and small, minority-owned, and woman-owned business enterprises.
