Description
The City of Lowell is soliciting sealed bids for the Todd Place CIPP Project, involving trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 1,110 feet of existing storm sewer along Todd Place in Lowell, Arkansas. The work includes restoration of the existing storm sewer using cured-in-place pipe technology. The contract documents include the bid and bid bond, agreement, general and supplementary conditions, payment, performance, and maintenance bonds, affidavits, drawings, specifications, and addenda. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
