Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for tree maintenance services within the Beaver Lake Project Office’s area of responsibility. Work includes normal and emergency service calls, tree removal by diameter category, stump grinding, bucket-truck operations, general tree maintenance, pruning, hazardous tree felling, storm-damage cleanup, chipping, and off-site debris disposal. Emergency calls require a four-hour on-site response, while normal service calls require response within 24 hours during regular business hours. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, including a minimum three-person crew, quality-control management, first-aid/CPR-certified crew members, equipment, vehicles, safety controls, and required permits and licenses. The contract has a one-year base period and four 12-month option periods, with award based on acceptable technical factors and the lowest total evaluated price. The solicitation requires a signed quotation cover page, completed applicable provisions, pricing schedules for the base and option years, a technical submission, and applicable signed amendments.
