Description
The USDA Forest Service seeks a firm-fixed-price contractor to purchase and install complete emergency equipment packages in two 2026 Ford F-250 vehicles. Each package includes an LED light bar, grille and rear warning lights, traffic director, siren and PA controls, wiring, relays, power protection, and associated hardware. The contractor must also install Forest Service-supplied radios, antennas, coax, connectors, and charge guards, and provide vehicle-specific mounting faceplates. The contractor must supply and install a sloped, wide-body, heavy-duty steel center console for each vehicle, including cup holders, radio and controller faceplates, microphone holders, locking storage, armrests, fused 12-volt and USB outlets, and related wiring. Used parts are prohibited, aftermarket consoles are required, and work must be completed within 10 days after vehicle delivery. Quotes will be evaluated on technical compliance, delivery date, past performance, and price.
