Description
The City of Springfield, Missouri is soliciting bids for a contract to provide solid waste and recycling containers and collection services. The contractor will furnish and deliver containers with lids and all necessary equipment, and collect and dispose of waste on a schedule determined by the City. Services are grouped into seven categories: Group A (term dumpsters), Group B (term roll-offs), Group C (temporary dumpsters), Group D (temporary roll-offs), Group E (recycling), Group F (yard waste), and Group G (residential containers). The contract will be for a one-year term with four optional one-year renewals. Bids are due by September 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST, and must be submitted electronically through the Euna OpenBids (formerly DemandStar) portal.
