Description
Alvin Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for student incentive activities on a non-exclusive basis. Requested offerings include petting zoos and ponies, bungee and trampoline games, dunking tanks, hamster balls, inflatable joust and rides, laser tag, mechanical bulls, moonwalks, obstacle courses, mobile gaming, roller skating with safety gear, party and prom setup, rock-climbing walls, Velcro walls, water slides and related games, outdoor movie theaters, and other student-incentive-related products or services. Vendors may propose one or more categories, and pricing must include setup, takedown, attendants, and any extra fees or charges. The agreement is for one year beginning on the date of board award, with an option to renew for an additional two-year term if all parties agree. The award is non-exclusive, and approved vendors are not guaranteed any purchases or usage. The proposal packet requires pricing and questionnaire responses, vendor information, certifications, applicable compliance forms, references, and supporting documentation. Services performed on district property require a certificate of liability insurance, and personnel with student contact must comply with applicable background-check requirements.
