Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price equipment procurement contract or task order for modern vestibular and electrophysiological diagnostic systems supporting the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center Audiology and Speech Pathology Service. The requirement is intended to replace legacy systems and includes full evoked-potential capabilities—ABR, ECoG, MLR, LLR, MMN, P300, ASSR, and cVEMP/oVEMP—with EMG monitoring and scaling; a complete VNG battery with binocular USB video goggles, RF remote, room camera and microphone; and native integration with the OtoAccess Database. The specified equipment includes an Interacoustics Eclipse EP25 package with laptop kit, transducers, supplies, OtoAccess license, shipping, installation, and training, and a Micromedical/Interacoustics VE525 third-generation VNG package with binocular USB goggles, RF remote, room camera and microphone, HP OfficeJet 200 printer, Air Fx 110V U.S. caloric irrigator, OtoAccess license, supplies, shipping, installation, and training. The contractor must also provide configuration, calibration, data integration, verification and validation, acceptance support, documentation, and warranty support. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes; interested parties may submit evidence of technical capability, certifications, OEM authorization, and OEM training to challenge the proposed sole-source action.
