Description
The City of Shreveport is seeking a professional engineering consultant to provide complete design and project delivery services for Financial Plaza Drive roadway improvements from Pines Road to Frances Street. The scope may include pre-design, condition assessment, topographic and boundary surveying, utility coordination, geotechnical services, permitting, preliminary and final design, bidding-phase support, and construction-phase services. The project is expected to address a minimum 20-year pavement design life, ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities, traffic safety, drainage as needed, and street lighting if applicable. The initial design fee is listed as $100,000, with surveying, right-of-way, and environmental services negotiated separately if needed. Responses must include the required qualification materials, Standard Form 330, Fair Share forms, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
