NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed and/or electronic bids must be received in the Purchasing Office of the Caddo Parish School Board, 1961 Midway Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71108 no later than 10:30 a.m., CST on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2026 for the following: STUDENT UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES RFP #01-27 Specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Office of the Caddo Parish School Board, or you may download them from the CPSB website at www.caddoschools.org or electronic website (Bid Express) at www.bidexpress.com. It shall be the Bidders responsibility to make inquiry as to any Addenda issued. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Description
Caddo Parish School Board is soliciting proposals for student uniforms and accessories in youth and adult sizes, including long- and short-sleeve shirts, polos, trousers, shorts, skorts, blazers, vests, and cardigans. Vendors must provide product identification, construction specifications, size ranges, available colors, pricing, current catalogs, and a completed market basket. Multiple awards may be made, including primary and secondary sources. Optional monogramming services may be proposed separately, with turnaround time, pricing, general requirements, and a detailed price list. Proposals must include the required proposal form, scope-of-services response, cost summary, market basket, current vendor catalogs, conflict-of-interest statement, disadvantaged or minority business status statement, additional information if applicable, product samples, and Attachment A: EDGAR and Non-Federal Entity Compliance Form. Products must be delivered within five business days with a 95% fill rate. The estimated total expenditure is $60,000. The initial agreement term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with two possible additional one-year renewals.
