The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a single provider for residential reentry center services and home confinement services for male and female federal offenders in specified Michigan counties. The requirement will be performed under the Federal Bureau of Prisons' March 2022 Residential Reentry Center Statement of Work, including the home confinement provisions in Chapter 10, Programs. The anticipated contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The residential reentry center requirement includes a maximum of 30 in-house beds—25 for males and 5 for females—and the home confinement requirement includes a maximum of 20 placements for both males and females. These maximum quantities apply during a one-year base period and each of four one-year option periods. Home confinement placements may extend within 180 miles of the residential reentry center, including surrounding states. The solicitation is expected to be issued under Notice ID 15BRRC26R00000013, with an estimated closing date of December 29, 2026.
