Description
The contractor will conduct Home Study Report assessments evaluating family functioning, caregiver suitability, and readiness for foster care, adoption, and private guardianship. Assessments must follow the CIPF and Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) practice model and use provincially approved tools, templates, and reporting formats. Reports should assess the caregiver’s ability to provide safe, stable, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate care that supports positive outcomes for children and youth.
