Description
The City is soliciting bids for roadway and intersection construction, including replacement of the existing traffic signal system; installation of signs, pavement markings, and pedestrian safety features; and removal and replacement of concrete pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter. Work also includes asphalt patching, grading, excavation, utility adjustments, traffic control, and landscape restoration. The plans and specifications include traffic signal equipment and electrical work, accessible pedestrian signal features, and related roadway improvements. The bid requires a 5% bid guarantee, submitted as a bid bond using the provided form or as a cashier’s check. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the accepted bid. The electronic response includes the bid bond, non-collusion affidavit, subcontractors and materials suppliers list, pricing, and vendor questionnaire responses. Wyoming residency certification and the associated certificate are relevant to bidders claiming residency status.
