Description
Hollis Public Library seeks proposals for bundled internet access and transport, with options from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps. Fiber and non-fiber technologies are acceptable, and both symmetrical and asymmetrical service may be proposed. Bidders must specify download and upload speeds, transport methods for last-mile and middle-mile service where they differ, contention ratio or dedicated-circuit status, data limits and usage charges, and any required leased equipment. Pricing must itemize recurring and non-recurring charges, installation and activation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based fees sufficiently to show total cost. A one-year pricing option is mandatory; multi-year and month-to-month proposals are also considered. Bidders must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Responses must specifically address and reference this Form 470 and be received at least 30 calendar days after posting.
