Description
Frisco Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide leased single-wide and double-wide portable classroom buildings and related services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes furnishing new or refurbished buildings; transportation and delivery; setup, leveling, blocking, anchoring, and skirting; relocation between District sites; utility disconnection and reconnection; ADA-compliant ramps, stairs, handrails, and landings; permits, inspections, and code compliance; site restoration; preventative maintenance and repairs; emergency response services; and optional purchase pricing at the end of the lease term. The District anticipates approximately $115,000 in Fiscal Year 2027 expenditures for planning purposes but does not guarantee any quantity or dollar value of purchases. Proposals will be evaluated on price, vendor reputation and references from similarly sized school districts, quality and flexibility of lease terms, relocation and acquisition timeframes, ability to accommodate the District's summer workload, past relationship with the District, and long-term cost. The qualification has an initial one-year term with four possible one-year automatic renewals, subject to the stated conditions.
