Description
The Kansas Department of Revenue is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an online tax library service. The service will replace hard-copy research materials and the associated effort and expense of maintaining an up-to-date library. The online library will support policy development, responses to legislative inquiries, tax audits, and representation in court cases and administrative hearings.
