Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four packages of nonadherent wound dressings, NSN 6510-00-018-6184. The specified dressing is approximately 2.875 to 3.125 inches by 1.875 to 2.125 inches, with absorbent cotton and rayon filler covered by perforated transparent plastic film, individually sealed and supplied in packages of 100 each. The product must have a 36-month shelf life, with no more than five months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. The supplier must identify the source and part number offered and comply with applicable FDA, domestic-material, packaging, marking, inspection, and delivery requirements. Delivery is FOB destination to Fort Huachuca, Arizona, with a required delivery period of 20 days after order. Quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
