The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is soliciting proposals for venue and catering services to support the Jornada Nacional de Envejecimiento 2026, a two-day conference on healthy aging to be held in Santiago, Chile, on October 6-7, 2026. The event will bring together approximately 70 participants from the Ministry of Health, regional health services, and international organizations. The selected contractor will provide 38 single hotel rooms for check-in on October 5 and check-out on October 7, a conference hall accommodating 75 people in round-table format for both days, and full audiovisual equipment including amplification, wireless microphone, laptop, projector, internet service, and electric screen. Catering services include welcome coffee (coffee and tea) for 75 people on both days, morning and afternoon coffee breaks on October 6, morning coffee on October 7, lunch for 75 people on both days, and dinner for 38 people on October 5 and 6.
