Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for as-needed HVAC maintenance and repair services at the Mitchem Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory. The equipment includes an Aaon outdoor air unit, model RN-040-8-0, and a Carrier air conditioner, model FXD048. The quote must provide pricing for service calls, regular hourly labor, overtime and after-hours labor, parts, and shipping costs. The supplier must be certified to work on Aaon and Carrier equipment and may be required to provide certification documentation. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Suppliers offering alternate equipment must provide complete model or part numbers and current descriptive or technical literature.
