The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price supply contract for 13 new steering differentials, NSN 2520-01-174-7634, part number 11650147, with a separately priced option for an additional 13 units. The items must conform to the Government technical data package and special packaging instruction AK11747634, with military preservation, Level B packing, MIL-STD-129 marking, and origin inspection and acceptance. Delivery is required within 520 days after contract award; accelerated delivery may be proposed at no additional cost. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside and requires offers for the full basic quantity. Non-manufacturers must submit acceptable supply-chain traceability documentation with their offer. The solicitation also requires identification and description of the offeror’s quality-assurance system; ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent system is acceptable under the stated conditions. The technical data package is export-controlled and requires current DD Form 2345/JCP certification for access. Quotations must be submitted electronically by email, with the cost or pricing portion formatted in Excel and PDF preferred for electronic submissions.
